Core Builds: current answer
Revisit a Core build when a patch changes its actual effect or availability. Vortex Shell gained damage, Thunderbolt Arrow gained damage area, and later notes changed Core selection and activation behavior; none of those facts alone establishes a universal best build.
Quick facts
- AG-14 increases Vortex Shell damage and Thunderbolt Arrow's damage area.
- AG-25 stops potion-related Cores appearing when no Potion skill is equipped.
- AG-25 gives Revive Core activation priority over Second Chance items and makes a kill with Frontal Thrust reset its skill cooldown.
- ST-11 improves Void Detonation's effects and detailed description, without supplying a complete numeric build model.
Practical workflow — editorial guidance
Begin with a specific purpose—single-target damage, groups or survival—and record the equipped weapon, skills and Cores.
Check the relevant patch and whether a prerequisite such as an equipped Potion skill applies before assuming a missing option is a bug.
Record a baseline run before changing one Core, then preserve both results in the local planner. Label a preferred combination as your tested observation, not a published tier ranking.
Evidence limits
These sources do not establish every Core's compatibility, complete effects, drop weighting or a mathematically optimal combination.
