Capture Rounds

The AG-14 directive introduces three advanced Capture Round types and improves support for capturing Elites and Bosses. Use the round's live description and target state; the official summary does not justify a universal capture percentage.

Failed Capture

Failed capture briefly protects the target from being killed; ST-11 sets the window to 5 seconds, down from 10. AG-14 states that Leader melee attacks bypass it. This is kill protection, not guaranteed-success or pity protection.
