Ore Refinery

Ore Refinery was added to Resource Transfer Station handling in ST-11. If refined output stays at the building, investigate the transfer connection and worker route before treating the refinery's production rate as the cause.

Hauling

For hauling that appears stuck, check the Resource Transfer Station worker's origin and destination. ST-24 changes distribution among full production buildings and redirects interrupted loads to Warehouse, so pre-ST-24 ground-drop behavior is historical.
