Wood Processing Plant joins Resource Transfer Station handling in ST-11. Diagnose logs arriving, processing finishing and output being collected as separate stages; an output backlog can be a hauling issue.

For hauling that appears stuck, check the Resource Transfer Station worker's origin and destination. ST-24 changes distribution among full production buildings and redirects interrupted loads to Warehouse, so pre-ST-24 ground-drop behavior is historical.
